Everyone rides. Nobody drives.
Your whole crew at the trailhead by eight — 6 riders, 6 bikes, one car, one price. Door pickups around Bribie Island, Ningi, Sandstone Point and Beachmere, or one address anywhere from Caboolture to Burpengary. We handle the driving both ways; you spend the day on the dirt, not behind the wheel.
How it works
Pick the park and the day.
Half day or full day. If you’re not sure which trails suit the group, ask — the driver rides these networks most weeks.
One price for the car.
You’ll get a fixed written quote by email before you confirm — the car, both directions, and the wait while you ride. We text you when it’s confirmed. Six mates makes a full day about $83.17 each (including GST) at the far end and less close to home. How you split it is your business.
We drive, you ride.
Bikes go on the vertical rack — wheels on, nothing dismantled, loaded and strapped properly. Ride until you’re cooked. If the group votes for a food stop on the way home, that’s what happens.

Juniors welcome, done properly
Grommet crews get shuttled more than anyone, and we carry under-18s the right way: a signed consent from their own parent, and a text to your phone when they’re at the trailhead and when they’re on the way home. You don’t have to ride to book — plenty of parents just want the crew delivered and returned.
The details that matter to riders
- E-bikes are fine. The rack takes them; tell us how many when you book. On the way home one can charge from the car’s own battery — arrive with a full tank.
- The car’s electric. Quiet on the highway, and your bikes aren’t marinating in diesel fumes for two hours.
- We don’t run uplift laps. There-and-back transport is the product. For shuttle laps at Gap Creek or Ironbark, Gravity MTB are the people — we’ll happily drop you with them.
- Weather calls. If the park closes the trails, or the weather or roads make it unsafe, we refund you in full or move your day — your choice.
A $100.00 deposit (including GST) holds the car for the day and the rest is paid on the morning. Cancel 48 hours or more before and the deposit comes back in full; cancel later and we keep it (we usually can’t rebook the car that late, and if we do fill the day, we refund it), but nothing more is charged. If we keep it, we email you a tax invoice for it (GST included). Home pickup is at the time we agree: the first 30 minutes late are free, then $20.00 (including GST) for each started 30 minutes — shown in your quote, never a surprise.
The ride, not the ride leader.
This is transport, and only transport: we get you and the bikes there and home safely, and look after the bikes from pickup to drop-off. The riding is your activity and your responsibility — we don’t guide, supervise or patrol, and no part of the fare buys what happens on the dirt.
Said plainly, because it matters: your driver is not a paramedic. If someone has a bad crash, we call 000, give the ambulance the exact trailhead location, and keep the rest of the group together. A rider who is badly hurt goes by ambulance, not in our car — moving someone with a suspected spinal or head injury in a car is how a bad day becomes a much worse one, and in Queensland the ambulance is free for Queenslanders. Ride within your limits; we’ll handle the roads.
Questions people ask
Is the price per person?
No — per car, from $249.00 including GST. Split it however you like.
Can fewer than six ride?
Yes, same price for the car. Four mates still beats anyone’s per-head day rate.
What about park entry fees?
The private parks charge their own gate fees — they’re itemised in your quote at cost and go straight to the park.
Can you pick up on the way?
One extra stop between Bribie and the highway is fine — tell us at booking so the quote and times are right.
My bike’s worth more than the car I drive.
Understood. Bikes are strapped to a purpose-built vertical rack, wheels on, and loaded by someone who does this with his own kids’ crew most weeks.
What if someone gets hurt out there?
We call 000, direct the ambulance to the exact spot, and stay with the group. A rider who is badly hurt goes by ambulance, not in our car — that’s ambulance work, and they’re better at it.
